OATA/NSCA Symposium

Sheridan is hosting the following conference in November. It would be an excellent opportunity for students to attend their first formal professional conference in the realm of Athletic Therapy, and Strength and Conditioning. Although some of the workshops are already full, there are lots of great learning and networking opportunities. There is a very reasonable student rate for the conference.

Reading Week Outing

Hi AT students/faculty!

Medieval Times is having a special now til Oct 31. Adult admission is now at the Kids' rate :) (for up to 6 adults per order). I know a few of us have talked about wanting to go for some time, so I thought that perhaps those who will still be in town during reading week would like to have a night out cheering on knights in shining armour and yelling at a wench to get a drink (sexist, I know, but it's only for a night).

http://www.medievaltimes.com/Locations/Toronto-Castle/promotions.aspx if you're interested in taking a look. ($43.50 +tax.. down from $62.95 +tax) Dinner and show included.

If anyone is interested, please let me know by the end of this Friday October 10 so I can see if I can tickets for reading week. Possible dates ?:
M Oct 20
W Oct 22
F Oct 24
S Oct 25

Cheers!
