Rooms Available

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone is looking for a place in the new year. My roommates/landlords are moving to Vietnam and there are two rooms in my house for rent.

One is on the top floor, you'd share a bathroom with me. $450/month all inclusive (utilities, cable, parking).

The other is a full finished basement with your own bathroom and full access to the rest of the house. ($550 all inclusive, utilities, cable and parking).

The house is located at 14 Portstewart Crescent in Brampton. It's in a year old subdivision 10 minute drive to school. Very clean house all new stainless steel appliances, fireplace on main floor, BBQ, laundry on site. Close to grocery, gas, liquor store, beer, store banks etc... Directly across from Mount Pleasant GO. Plus you get to be roomies with ME! Upstairs room available ASAP, basement in February, but sooner if needed. Anatomy Study Room

H109 has been made available for Athletic Therapy students on Saturday, December 6 and Sunday December 7 from 8am until 5pm for studying. Students who would like to use the room (no bones will be made available, just the room itself), are to contact Security to ask them to open the room and to also call Security again once finished to lock the room (please do not leave the room unattended while waiting for Security to lock up).
