Women's under 19 provincial rugby program is looking for a student.

Come join us for the 2009 Mississauga Marathon

That time of year again and we are looking for volunteer therapists to help out for the upcoming Mississauga Marathon. This has become Canada’s fastest growing marathon and it is only their 6th Anniversary. As usual, we need help from A.T’s and P.T.’s who are looking to gain some field hours or just looking for a rewarding experience of watching over 12,000 runners cross the finish line.
Dates: Saturday May 9th 5 and 10km races, 8-10 therapists needed. Times: 4:30-8pm (approximately) Sunday May 10th Full and ½ Marathons, 2-3 therapists required at start line, 20-30 therapists needed for finish line Times: 7:30am – 2pm (approximately) What you get:
We finally have a budget from the race organizers this year to put towards clothing for all our volunteers. Therefore you will be guaranteed a Reebok T-shirt to each and every helper. At the same time we will have numerous other prizes (bags, jackets, sweaters, dinners, etc.) to give away. You will walk away with a great experience but at the same time some fantastic things!! It’s always more fun when there’s good free stuff!!!

2) Waterloo County Rugby FC, is looking for some student 
therapists that would be interested in getting some experience (and
pay) over the summer months by providing first aid and therapy at rugby games. The club provides all equipment and materials and will pay students 
$15 per hour. Games are usually played on Saturday afternoons between
noon and 5pm, may also have midweek games for junior players. If interested, contact

4th Year Students Clinical Placement Followup

Please email Julie to suggest a few times you are available for a brief followup to your final placement. You will need to bring your clinical evaluations, your evaluation of the clinic and your hour tally sheet. If you have yet to hand it your objectives I would like to see those as well.
Dates: Tuesday April 14 and Thursday April 16. Times between 9:45 and 3:00 for both days.
