Volunteer position with PeeWee hockey team:

The season runs from mid September to mid March. We play a 36 game schedule
of which 18 are home games, 18 are away games. We also have an away
tournament scheduled for November 4th to 7th in Sudbury and a Christmas
tournament Dec 27th - 31st in Milton.

We play one or two games per week. On the odd week there is a third game. We
practice 2 times per week as well. It is not imperative that the trainer
attend all practices. The trainer is welcome to help out on ice if they wish
during these practices.

Our home games are played on Saturdays at 4:50pm @ the Milton Sports Centre.
The practices are split between any one of three Milton arenas and The
Powerade Centre in Brampton.

Our league is comprised of teams from Brampton, Guelph, Oakville,
Burlington, Hamilton, St. Catherines, Welland, Niagara Falls and Grey Bruce
(Flesherton area). The away games are played in these centers.
Transportation arrangements can be made for the away games if desired.

We operate in a non profit environment. Ideally this position would be
considered as practical placement experience for course curriculum. We could
extend a weekly fuel allowance of some sort to help cover costs. Any direct
