Are you a STAR?

This year’s Discover Sheridan will be held on Saturday, March 29th. In anticipation of that event I am contacting you regarding recruiting students for Sheridan's STARS Program.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the STARS Program, we hire students to:

- work at on and off campus events as ambassadors for their programs
- answer information requests from prospective students
- staff the campus tour office

The STARS are an integral part of our recruitment efforts and it is very important that we get outgoing students with high academic achievement in order to showcase the best of what Sheridan has to offer prospective students.

How can you help?

If you already have a student (or students) that you would like to represent your program as a Sheridan STAR please ask them to see me in Room B234 (next to Financial Aid) any time between now and Friday, February 1st.

If you would like all of your students to have the opportunity to apply for the STARS position, I am available to come into classes any time between now and February 1st to give a short (approx. 3 minutes) presentation on the STARS Program and to encourage your students to apply.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for your support!
