Run for the Toad

I am looking for anyone that can help me out at this x-country race.

It is a 25 and 50 km run and a 25 km walk at Pinehurst Conservation Park in close to Paris.
There will be more than 1200 participants in attendance.
Race starts approx 9 am and should wrap up by 5pm
We are running a mult-level medical system that will be at the event.

I am the medical director for this race and need a few people throughout the course and at the finish line to work with any individuals that may be in distress or need medical attention.
