Roomate Wanted

Steve P, Kristen P and Spencer are looking for a roommate starting May or September. 7 min walking distance from the school, parking space and washer and dryer. 400$ a month plus utilities.
There is also a 2 bedroom basement apartment in our house that will be needing tenants come May.
