TEAM CANADA UNDER-18/UNDER-22 STAFF
Hockey Canada is seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, self-motivated and posses high personal and professional ethical standards for the following Women’s High Performance Program positions:
Under-18 Program
Certified Athletic Therapist
July Selection & Development Camp
July 23-30 (Includes travel days), Calgary, AB
Under-22 Program
Certified Athletic Therapist
Video Coach
Must be available for all three program components. All dates include travel days.
• August Development Camp with Sweden, Aug. 6-15, Calgary, AB
• 3 game series vs. NWT, August 16-21, Calgary, AB
• MLP Cup, Germany, January 3-11, 2010
Certified Athletic Therapist
• August Development Camp with Sweden, Aug. 6-16, (Includes travel days), Calgary, AB
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record and experience with athletes with in the dynamics of team sports. The position requires excellent organizational abilities and an athlete-centered approach. In addition, all positions require the ability to work within an already established team coaching and support staff. All of the above positions are short-term contract positions and are compensated via an honorarium. All expenses related to travel, accommodations and meals during camps and events will be covered by Hockey Canada.
